Coventry City Shirts

Coventry City Football Club, also referred to as the Sky Blues because of the traditional colour of their shirt, are an association football club based in Coventry, central England. Coventry City were founding members in the Premier League in 1992.

They presently perform within the Football League Championship, the 2nd-highest tier belonging to the English league system. Their lone main award was won in 1987 after they topped Tottenham Hotspur 3–2 to win the FA Cup, a match often reported as possibly the most entertaining FA Cup Final of all time.They also reached two League Cup semi-finals in 1981 and 1990.

From 1899 to 2005, Coventry City performed at the Highfield Road ground. While in the 1980s it became the first all-seater ground in English football, but by the end of the following few years the club's directors agreed it was time to construct a larger stadium and decided on a site within the Foleshill part of the city. The Ricoh Arena was approved in August 2005.
